Registered Massage Therapist - NHPC

Certified Personal Trainer - NASM

Certified Foundation&Advanced IASTM - HawkGrips

Registered Acupuncturist

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and R.Ac Practitioner, I am dedicated to promoting holistic health and well-being through massage therapy, acupuncture, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits. My passion for fitness, reading, writing, and black coffee inspires my belief that movement, nutrition, recovery, and self-care all play an important role in maintaining a healthy and balanced body.

Rather than taking a “one-size-fits-all” approach, I believe in combining different perspectives to better understand each client’s needs. At our Winnipeg massage and acupuncture clinic, we provide personalized care that may include therapeutic massage, acupuncture, rehabilitation-focused treatment, exercise recommendations, and lifestyle education.

We believe in proactive care—using exercise, healthy habits, and regular body maintenance to improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness before problems develop. For persistent pain or musculoskeletal concerns, we provide focused treatment and carefully monitor progress. When a condition requires care beyond our scope, we encourage clients to consult the appropriate physician, physiotherapist, or rehabilitation specialist.

Our goal is to help clients better understand their bodies, reduce pain, improve movement, and maintain long-term health. We continue to learn from current scientific research, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and value client feedback to continually improve the quality of care we provide.
