Card on File Requirement:
A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment and apply the following fees when necessary:

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: Failure to contact us via phone or email or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost.
